It Is Normal To Be Afraid To Do God's Work

 August 31, 2024

Verse of the day - Psalm 32:8 (NRSV)

I will instruct you and teach you the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.

In chapter 3 of my second book, Jesus assures us that it is normal to be afraid to do His work.

Excerpt from Come Back To Me

When you become a true disciple of Mine, you will no longer fear what other people will think or do if you reveal the truth to them.  It is normal to be afraid.  Even the disciples whom I chose when I was still on earth were afraid.  They did not understand everything I was trying to tell them.  They followed Me for three years learning from Me, before I was crucified.  They were tested when I died on the cross.  Out of fear, they hid.  They did not understand what was happening.  After I was crucified, they realized what I was trying to tell them.  It was after My death and resurrection that they became true disciples.  Nothing could stop them from teaching many more of My dear children about Me.  Because of their teaching, many came to know Me as their Lord and Savior.

When we are called by God to do His work, it is normal to be afraid.  We should take comfort in knowing that the disciples were afraid also.  Through the guiding of the Holy Spirit, we will be shown the steps we are to take to help others become followers of Jesus also.

Becoming Reconciled With One Another

 August 30, 2024

Verse of the day - Matthew 6:12 (NRSV)

And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.

In chapter 7 of my first book, Jesus speaks to us about becoming reconciled with one another.

Excerpt from Spirituality, A Journey For My Soul

Not only does everyone need to be reconciled with Me, but also with each other.  Reconciling with one another is not easy.  When someone has hurt you deeply, ask Me for the grace to carry on.  With My help, anything can be forgiven by you.  I died to save all people from their sins.  As hard as it was, I forgave the people who crucified Me.  Without the forgiveness of other people, life would become burdensome.  They are free to do what they want, but the burden remains on your shoulders until the wrong they have done is forgiven.  Once they are completely forgiven by you, there will be great joy.  A weight will be lifted off of your shoulders.  This can only be done through My help.

Jesus forgave His accusers and those who crucified Him as an example for us to live by.  Forgiving others who have hurt us deeply is hard to do.  It is only through the help of God that we will be able to forgive one another for the things which have hurt us deeply.  Once we have truly forgiven one another of the offenses which have hurt us, we will feel a great sense of peace and joy.

Cling To The Solid Rock

 August 29, 2024

Verse of the day - Matthew 19:23 (NRSV)

Then Jesus said to his disciples, 'Truly I tell you, it will be hard for a rich person to enter the kingdom of heaven.

In chapter 2 of my fourth book, Jesus tells us that we should cling to Him.

Excerpt from Called By God

Many times, My dear children are like the rich young man.  Many of My dear children cling to the things of this world, rather than clinging to Me.  Man does not get to Heaven by good deeds alone.  One must be willing to leave everything behind and follow Me.  This is hard for many of My dear children.  When you are a true disciple, you will do as I ask no matter how difficult it may be.  Many times, My dear children are tested to see how faithful they are to My Ways.  Be not afraid to follow Me instead of the ways of the world.  Being a follower of Mine is very difficult, but with My help anything can be achieved.  Allow Me to be the solid rock that you learn on during times of great difficulty.  I will always be a pillar of strength for you in your time of need.

As humans it is difficult to leave the things of this world behind to follow Jesus.  For us, on our own, we may feel leaving everything behind is impossible to do.  One thing we need to try to remember is that even if we feel something is impossible, with the help of God, anything is possible.  Even if God calls us to leave friends or family, as difficult as it may be, Jesus desires us to obey Him.

Cleansed From Sin

 August 27, 2024

Verses of the day - Romans 7:18-20 (NRSV)

For I know that nothing good dwells within me, that is, in my flesh.  I can will what is right, but I cannot do it.  For I do not do the good I want, but the evil I do not want is what I do.  Now if I do  what I do not want, it is no longer I that do it, but sin that dwells within me.

In chapter 1 of my third book, Jesus speaks to us about being cleansed from our sins.

Excerpt from Come To The Cross

Anyone who believes in Me, the Son of God, will be saved.  Pray for those who do not yet believe that they will have a change of heart.  Even if one of My dear children goes their entire life without believing in Me, then at the end of their life comes to know Me as their Lord and Savior, they shall be saved.  There is great power in the cross and My Blood that was shed for all mankind.  Come to the cross and allow Me to heal you from your brokenness and anxiety.  Allow My Precious Blood to flow over you.  I will cleanse you from all sins and unrighteousness.  Come and become Holy in My sight.  I will help you grow spiritually.  Become one with Me.

Jesus shed His Blood on the cross to save us from our sins.  He is patiently waiting for us to come to the cross and accept His Love.  Even if someone were to go their entire life without believing in Jesus, if they come to believe in Him before passing away, they too shall be saved.

Sharing God's Love

 August 26, 2024

Verses of the day - Ephesians 6:10-11 (NRSV)

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his power.  Put on the whole armour of God, so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

In chapter 1 of my second book, Jesus speaks to us about speaking up on His behalf.

Excerpt from Come Back To Me

Share My love with everyone you meet.  There is always someone in need of loving care or even a loving touch.  Many of My dear children are lost and lonely.  They need someone to show them the way back to Me.  Be not afraid to be the person to speak to them about Me.  Not only will they be blessed, but so will you.  I desire more people to do My work.  Be not afraid to be different and stand out from the crowd.  Many times, you will be rejected by people who do not know Me as their Lord and Savior.  Do not let this stop you.

Everyone needs to feel loved.  Many times, because of situations we experience in life, we feel like we are alone in the world.  Everyone needs someone to talk to.  Even when we feel lost and alone in the world, we have a friend in Jesus.  He will always be there for us, no matter what.  When we meet someone who is lonely, if we share God's love with them, they will be blessed. Sometimes, the other person does not know Jesus.  We never know how we will touch another person's life by sharing the love of Jesus with them.  Jesus desires us to "Step outside of the boat" and do what we are not comfortable doing.

Reading The Word Of God

 August 25, 2024

Verse of the day - Matthew 4:4 (NRSV)

But he answered, "It is written, 'One does not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.'"

In chapter 5 of my first book, Jesus speaks to us about reading His Words in the Bible.

Excerpt from Spirituality, A Journey For My Soul

Spend time daily reading My Words.  My Words are written in The Bible.  The Bible was intended to be used each day to help lead and guide your life.  If you follow the guidelines of The Bible, you will become closer to Me.  When you become close to Me, life will become easier to handle.  Everyone will experience various trials and burdens in their lifetime, but with Me at your side, you will be able to overcome them all.  You have nothing to fear, for I am and will be by your side every day.

The Bible is God's Written Word.  When we read our Bible daily, we will learn and grow in our spiritual journey.  We will become closer to Jesus and follow in His Ways.  Through the help of Jesus, when we experience trials in life, we will be able to handle them better.

The Gifts Of Faith, Hope, And Love

Verse of the day - 1 Corinthians 13:13 (NRSV)

And now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; and the greatest of these is love.

In chapter 4 of my fourth book, Jesus speaks to us about the gifts of faith, hope, and love.

Excerpt from Called By God

I give the gifts of faith, hope, and love to My dear children.  Through faith, you believe in Me.  Hope is given to you as a gift to help you make it through the difficult times in your life.  Many times, when life is hard, My dear children want to give up on life.  I ask that you cling to the gift of hope.  I will help you through your most difficult times.  Be not afraid to come before Me in prayer.  Call out to Me and I will help you.  Love is the greatest gift I give to My dear children.  Everyone deserves to be loved.

We are blessed by God to have been given the gifts of faith, hope, and love.  Through our faith, we believe in God.  When times become too difficult to bear, we can cling to the gift of hope.  No matter how hard life may be at times, Jesus will never leave us.  He will be with us every step of the way.  The greatest gift we have been given is the gift of love.  God's love is so great for us that He sent His Only Begotten Son, Jesus, to earth to be the Savior of the world.  Red is the color of love because it is the color of Blood.  It is through the Precious Blood of Jesus and through believing in Him that we are saved.  His love for us is never ending!

Death Has Been Conquered

 August 23, 2024

Verse of the day - John 16:32 (NRSV)

The hour is coming, indeed it has come, when you will be scattered, each one to his home, and you will leave me alone.  Yet I am not alone because the Father is with me.

In chapter 1 of my third book, Jesus speaks to us about His persecution.

Excerpt from Come To The Cross

I have conquered the world through My death, burial, and resurrection from the dead.  I faced great persecution from the world.  Nobody believed I was truly the Son of God until after My crucifixion.  My disciples were the only ones who knew who I was but because of fear of persecution the did not speak up.  Out of fear they hid.  After My Resurrection, they became bold and proclaimed My Words.  They brought many of My dear children to the foot of the cross.

Through the death and resurrection of Jesus, death has been defeated.  His body is no longer in the tomb.  It is through His death and resurrection, and our belief in Him that we will be brought to eternal life in Heaven.  Through becoming bold and professing God's Word to others, we too, just like the disciples will be able to bring more of God's dear children back to the foot of the cross.

Allowing God To Fight Our Battles

 August 22, 2024

Verse of the day - Deuteronomy 31:8 (NRSV)

It is the LORD who goes before you.  He will be with you; he will not fail you or forsake you.  Do not fear or be dismayed.

In chapter 10 of my second book, Jesus tells us that He will fight our battles for us.

Excerpt from Come Back To Me

I will always help My beloved children in the battles of this world.  Many times, the battles My dear children face are spiritual in nature.  The devil will fight for the souls of My followers.  Be strong and stand up against his tactics.  I will give you the strength and courage to win against the devil's schemes.  I am always on your side.  When you feel as though you cannot carry on with what life gives you, turn everything over to Me.  Allow Me to fight your battle for you.  With Me by your side, you cannot lose.

When we feel as though there is nothing we can do to help our difficult situations, we need to remember that God is on our side.  He will never leave us in our times of need.  As difficult as life can be sometimes, we need to sit back and let God fight our battles for us.

Receiving Jesus Into Your Heart

 August 21, 2024

Verse of the day - John 6:35 (NRSV)

Jesus said to them, 'I am the bread of life.  Whoever comes to me will never be hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.

In chapter 3 of my first book, Jesus speaks to us about His true presence in The Eucharist.

Excerpt from Spirituality, A Journey For My Soul

Each time you receive the Eucharist you receive Me into your heart.  I ask that you open your hearts to see this.  I am also present in the Tabernacle.  Come to Me in front of the Tabernacle and speak to Me.  Bring to Me all of your cares and worries and talk to Me about what is troubling you.  I will bring you peace.  Come and relax in My loving Presence.  I will make all things new.  When you receive Me into your heart, and spend time in My Presence, the weight of the world is lifted off of your shoulders.

Through personal experiences I have seen Jesus in the Eucharist.  I used to go to healing masses.  During Mass, the first time the Eucharist was elevated I saw the face of Jesus.  The second time it was elevated I saw the face of Jesus again, but only this time I also saw the crown of thorns.  I have seen His face in the Eucharist on multiple other occasions.  I was recently on a Pilgrimage.  When we were at The Shrine Of The Most Blessed Sacrament, we went for adoration in the upper church. They have the most beautiful Monstrance (The vessel which puts the Eucharist on display). As I was sitting there I was really focused on it, I found myself saying "Show me your face." As soon as I said that the entire Eucharist became so blindingly bright that I could no longer look at it! I had to turn my head.  If you have ever seen the brightness of the Diamond Ring during a solar eclipse, it was brighter than that!  That day I experienced the greatness of Jesus' Presence in the Eucharist! It was a true Blessing, and I experienced much peace!

All Things Are Possible

 August 20, 2024

Verse of the day - Psalm 9:10 (NRSV)

And those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O LORD, have not forsaken those who seek you.

In chapter 4 of my fourth book, Jesus tells us that all things are possible if it is part of His Will

Excerpt from Called By God

In your time of need I will never leave you or forsake you.  I will give you the strength you need to make it through any trial.  Be bold in your faith and believe all things are possible if it is part of My Will for your life.

In our time of need, God will never abandon us.  Though we may feel as though we are alone in our trials, this is when Jesus carries us.  When the weight of the world is too much to bear, if we cry out to God, He will hear our prayers.  Jesus desires us to become bold in our faith.  All things are possible, provided it is part of God's Will for our life.

Crucified With Christ

 August 18, 2024

Verse of the day - Matthew 24:9 (NRSV)

Then they will hand you over to be tortured and will put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of my name.

In Chapter 5 of my third book, Jesus speaks to us about being crucified with Him.

Excerpt from Come To The Cross

When you become crucified with Me, it means that you become one with Me.  You will no longer follow the ways of the world.  You will follow in My steps and share the light of life.  The world will persecute you for your beliefs but have no fear for I am with you always.  In this world you will face persecution but through My resurrection from the dead, I overcame the world.  Be strong in your faith and do not be discouraged.  Follow Me every step of the way.

Jesus desires us to be crucified to Him.  When we become crucified with Christ, we change our ways to become one with Him. We will experience a new way of life by following Christ instead of mankind. We will become committed to serving Jesus.  When we follow Jesus instead of the ways of the world, we will endure many trials but we will be truly blessed.

The God Of Hope

 August 17, 2024

Verse of the day - Jeremiah 29:11 (NRSV)

For surely I know the plans I have for you, says the LORD, plans for your welfare and not for harm, to give you a future with hope.

In chapter 12 of my second book, Jesus tells us that He is the God of Hope

Excerpt from Come Back To Me

I am the God of Hope.  When life becomes hard, I will always be here for you.  Come and lay everything before the foot of the cross.  When you lay your cares and worries before Me. I will give you what you need.  Come before Me in your time of need, and I will give you peace.

We may not know what the future will bring, but God does.  At times, life can be scary, but Jesus will always be by our side.  He will never leave us.  In our times of need when we cry out to God for help, He will always be there for us.  With Jesus by our side, we should have nothing to fear.  Jesus has great plans for each of us.  Plans that will help us.  Even when the storms of life try to overtake us, we can always cling to Jesus, our Lord and Savior.  He is the God of Hope.

The Way, The Truth, The Life

 August 16, 2024

Verse of the day - John 14:6 (NRSV)

Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, and the truth, and the life.  No one comes to the Father except through me.

In chapter 4 of my first book, Jesus tells us to believe that He is The Way, The Truth, and The Life.

Excerpt from Spirituality, A Journey For My Soul

I emptied Myself before all for the sake of mankind.  I poured out My very own life's Blood on the cross so that mankind might be saved from their sins.  Without this tremendous sacrifice, all of mankind would be lost forever.  I died so that you might live.  It is the sins of man, and not believing that I died to save you from final condemnation, that causes My dear children not to be saved.  Come to Me and believe that I am The Way, The Truth, and The Life.  It is only through Me that you are saved from final condemnation.  Come to My loving arms and be saved.  I am waiting for you.  I love you with all of My heart, and I am waiting for you to do the same.  When you love Me with all of your heart, I come into your life and change you.  You will never be the same.

Jesus is the true Lamb of God.  He gave Himself unselfishly.  By dying on the cross, He was able to save mankind.  It does not matter what race or religion we are; Jesus died on the cross for everyone.  We are all sinners and fall short of His glory.  We are all the same in His eyes.  He loves us with unconditional love.  No matter how we live our lives, or what type of sins we commit, He will always be there for us.  He is waiting for us to reach out to Him.

Worthy Of God's Love

 August 14, 2024

Verse of the day - John 13:34-35 (NRSV)

I give you a new commandment, that you love one another.  Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.

In chapter 5 of my fourth book, Jesus tells us that we are worthy of His love.

Excerpt from Called By God

Many times, My dear children do not feel worthy of Me.  This is a lie placed upon My dear children by the devil.  My dear children, everyone is worthy of Me.  By My sacrifice on the cross, everyone has been deemed worthy.  I was the Sacrificial Lamb who made everyone whole by the shedding of My Blood.  Through the shedding of My Blood, everyone has been redeemed.

By revealing the truth to My dear little ones who do not yet believe, many will come to understand who I am.  Blessed are you, My followers, when you share your faith in Me.  This is part of discipleship.

In The Presence Of God

 August 13, 2024

Verse of the day - John 6:35 (NRSV)

Jesus said to them, 'I am the bread of life.  Whoever comes to me will never be hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.

In chapter 6 of my third book, Jesus speaks to us about His true Presence in the Most Holy Eucharist.

Excerpt from Come To The Cross

Become united to Me in My Presence.  I desire greatly for My dear children to spend time with Me in the presence of the Most Holy Eucharist.  There are many chapels around the world where I am on display in The Monstrance.  How I desire more of My dear children to take time out of their day to spend in My Most Holy Presence.  Many of My dear children do not understand the significance of My Presence in the Most Holy Eucharist.  I am present in all the tabernacles of the world.  Through the Eucharist, I am with you until the end of time.

I believe in the true presence of God in the Most Holy Eucharist.  I have experienced miracles while in front of the Most Blessed Sacrament.  One of these occurred at a healing mass.  The first time the Eucharist was elevated I saw the face of Jesus.  The second time the Eucharist was elevated I saw the face of Jesus again but this time I also saw the crown of thorns on His head.  I have also seen His face on multiple occasions.  The most recent miracle I have experienced was when I went on a bus trip.  We were sitting in the chapel during adoration at The Shrine Of The Most Blessed Sacrament.  They have the most beautiful Monstrance (The Vessel that puts The Eucharist on display) I have ever seen.  As I sat there focusing on the beauty of God's Presence, I found myself saying, "Show me your face"  As soon as I said this, The Eucharist became so bright I had to look away! It was a blinding brightness, brighter than the diamond ring of a solar eclipse!

Becoming Disciples For Christ

 August 12, 2024

Verse of the day - John 16:33 (NRSV)

I have said this to you, so that in me you may have peace.  In the world you face persecution.  But take courage; I have conquered the world!

In chapter 3 of my second book, Jesus speaks to us about what it is like to become a disciple.

Excerpt from Come Back To Me

Becoming a disciple of mine is never easy work.  You will have people come against you and curse you because of Me.  Do not let this discourage you from doing the work I have for you.  I will always be with you, guiding you along the paths you are to take.  Many times, you will be tempted to drift away from the task I have placed before you.  Be not afraid of doing what I ask.  You have been placed on this earth for a reason.  When you drift away from Me, pray, and ask for strength to return to Me with your whole heart.

We should never be afraid to speak up on behalf of Jesus.  He will guide us every step of the way.  Back in the time of Jesus, the twelve disciples were ordinary people chosen by Jesus, Himself, to carry on His work after He went to the cross and died for our sins.  They had three years of training before they were on their own.  They too, had many doubts and fears about doing the work of Jesus. It is normal for us to have fears of doing what we have been called to do by God.

Becoming Reconciled With God

 August 11, 2024

Verse of the day - 2 Corinthians 2:11 (NRSV)

And we do this so that we may not be outwitted by Satan; for we are not ignorant of his designs.

In chapter 1 of my first book, Jesus speaks to us about Reconciliation.

Excerpt from Spirituality, A Journey For My Soul

When a person goes to Reconciliation, I work through the priest to absolve you from all of your sins.  Everything that you have ever done and ever will do is forgiven.  It is by My Blood that this is done.  This is the reason why I died on the cross.  So come and be not afraid.  Once the soul is cleansed from sin, it is easier to hear My voice again.  It is important to keep your eyes and ears open.  You never know when someone will need you.  I also love it when people thank Me for all I have given them.  This brings Me great joy.

Through the Sacrament of Reconciliation we are freed from the power of the devil.  It is through this Sacrament that Jesus forgives us of everything that we have ever done.  I used to be afraid to receive this gift God has given us, until a year ago.  One morning I was in my living room and I heard the words, "You need to go to confession today."  I thought okay. Then I thought about putting it off.  Then I heard the words, "NO! You cannot wait! You have to go today!"  I then left the house and went to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation.  When I walked out, I felt an overwhelming amount of peace.  Later that day, I heard the words, "Since you listened, you are going to be sore from an accident but everyone will be okay." Then three days later, someone pulled out in front of us and we totaled our car.  It took me five months to be able to lay on my side and I still feel the effects of the accident today.  It is only by the grace of God that I am still alive today.  Had I not listened to what I heard that morning, I truly believe the outcome would have been different.

Sharing The Light Of Christ's Love

 August 8, 2024

Verse of the day - John 8:12 (NRSV)

Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, 'I am the light of the world.  Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life.'

In chapter 5 of my fourth book, Jesus speaks to us about sharing the light of His Love with others.

Excerpt from Called By God

Many times, My dear children see life as dark and gloomy.  They have no one to share My love with them.  I call My dear children who know Me as their Lord and Savior to share My love with everyone they meet.  By sharing the light of My love with others, their lives will be brightened.  In turn, they will share what they have experienced with others.  This is how the light of My love is spread among My dear children.  Even if someone is only given a glimmer of hope, by sharing your faith with them will grow spiritually.

Jesus calls us to light the way for others so that they too may experience the love of Christ.  When we were Baptized into the family of God, we were given a candle to represent the Light of Christ.  As we grow up, through the spiritual guidance of family and friends, we grow in our faith life.  We are all called by God to share our faith with others.  Jesus desires us to share our light and faith with everyone we meet.  We never know how through sharing our faith, we will have an impact on another person's life.

The Faith Of A Child

 August 7, 2024

Verse of the day - Mark 10:15 (NRSV)

Truly I tell you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will never enter it.

In chapter 6 of my third book, Jesus speaks to us about the faith of a child.

Excerpt from Come To The Cross

Through faith believing, many miracles have happened.  The Bible, which is My spoken words, is full of miracles which happened because of great child-like faith.  A child never worries about anything.  They believe everything they are told.  This is what I desire of My dearly beloved children.  Return to that child-like faith and believe everything is possible.  No matter how impossible a situation may seem, remember through having faith in Me, if it is My Will, the problem will be resolved.

Jesus desires us to come to Him in child-like faith.  When we were small children, we turned to our earthly father and mother for guidance and assistance.  We trusted that they would lead us in the right direction and keep us safe from harm.  As we grow older, we can still turn to them for advice.  If we feel as though we have been abandoned by our earthly parents, or they have passed on to eternal life in Heaven with God our Father, we should try to remember that we are never alone.  Jesus is our Heavenly Father and Mary is our Heavenly Mother.  In our time of need, if we come to Jesus and Mary in child-like faith, we will receive the answers to questions we have.  They will always be there for us.

Jesus has great love for everyone.  The young children are very special to Jesus for their child-like faith.  He desires us to be more like little children when we come to Him in faith-believing.

Experiencing Peace

 August 6, 2024

Verse of the day - Galatians 6:10 (NRSV)

So then, whenever we have an opportunity, let us work for the good of all, and especially for those of the family of faith.

In chapter 4 of my second book, Jesus speaks to us about being kind to those who hurt us.

Excerpt from Come Back To Me

I will open the ears of those whom I wish to hear My spoken Words.  They will learn much by what they are told.  Sometimes people will not be kind to you.  Be kind anyways.  Do not have the desire to take revenge on that person.  When someone hurts you deeply, pray to Me and I will calm all your anger and anxieties.  You will then experience a sense of peace and joy coming over you.  Do not let anyone steal your peace and joy.  The love I have for you is great.  No man will ever be able to love the way I do.  Be open to all I have to offer you.

Many times, during life we will be hurt deeply by someone.  When we are hurting deep inside by something that someone said or did to us, Jesus desires us to turn everything over to Him.  Through our prayers He will calm the anger we feel and give us a sense of peace and joy.

Protected From Harm

 August 5, 2024

Verse of the day - Psalm 23:5 (NRSV)

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.

In chapter 8 of my first book, Jesus assures us that we will be protected from harm.

Excerpt from Spirituality, A Journey For My Soul

There will always be wolves and lions in your life trying to take you away from Me.  Always be aware of these type of people.  If you are strong in your spiritual life, they cannot harm you.  The devil will come disguised as a wolf or lion to try to trick you into believing  your situation is hopeless.  He knows when you are weak in your spiritual life.  When you are at your weakest point, that is when the devil will try to attack you.  Any time the devil tries to destroy you by his wicked and evil ways, pray to Me.  I will protect you from all harm.  Remember to come to Me for rest.  I will relieve you of all your cares and worries.  When you lose your way, I will gently bring you back to My fold.  I tend to My flock always.

The wolves and lions that Jesus is referring to are the type of people who try to get us to do wrong.  They try to disguise the things they want us to do by making it appear as though it was right. Through being strong in our spiritual life, we will be able to discern right from wrong.  Even though we may sometimes stray away from God's fold, Jesus will send someone to help us find our way back to Him.  We are the sheep and Jesus is the Good Shepherd.   Jesus will always be there to welcome us back with open arms.

Carried By Jesus

 August 3, 2024

Verse of the day - Psalm 23:4 (NRSV)

Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I fear no evil; for you are with me; your rod and your staff - they comfort me.

In chapter 2 of my fourth book, Jesus tells us that during our difficult times in life He will pick us up and carry us.

Excerpt from Called By God

I am always with My dear children.  In both good times and bad, I walk beside you every day of your life.  Take Me by the hand and allow Me to lead the way.  When you come across difficult times in your life, I will pick you up and carry you.  I never leave Me dear children during difficulties.  When My dear children feel abandoned by Me, it is because they have left Me for a short time.  I will always be waiting for My dear children to return to Me with open arms.

Sometimes in life we stray away from God because of difficulties that we may be facing at the time.  Even though we may sometimes go our own way, we have a very gracious and patient God who loves us so much!  He will never abandon us and will be patiently waiting for us to return to Him with open arms.

Hour Of Mercy

 August 2, 2024

Verse of the day - Matthew 5:7 (NRSV)

Blessed are the merciful, for they will receive mercy.

In chapter 2 of my third book, Jesus speaks to us about the hour that He gave His life over for the sins of the world.

Excerpt from Come To The Cross

At the three o'clock hour in the afternoon, I gave over My life to My Father in Heaven for the sins of the world.  It was a very dark day.  The Son Of God was crucified for the sins of mankind.  I was the Unblemished Lamb that was slain.  I sacrificed Myself unselfishly so that one day My dear children who believe in Me may join Me in Paradise.  I am He of whom John spoke about in the desert.

The three o'clock hour in the afternoon is the hour of Divine Mercy because that was the hour Jesus died on the cross for the sins of the world.  The Sunday after Easter is known as Divine Mercy Sunday.  On this day, one year when I went to the Divine Mercy Service, I had an experience that touched me deeply.  I closed my eyes as the Divine Mercy Chaplet was being sung.  I was unable to keep my eyes closed because Jesus was allowing me to see Him suffering on the cross for the sins of the world. I saw His Precious Blood being poured out.  Even though I only caught a glimpse of what Jesus experienced as He suffered and died upon the cross, it was too much for me to handle.

The Bread Of Life

 August 1, 2024

Verse of the day - John 6:35 (NRSV)

Jesus said to them, 'I am the bread of life.  Whoever comes to me will never be hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.

In chapter 11 of my second book, Jesus speaks to us about His true presence in the Eucharist.

Excerpt from Come Back To Me

I am truly present in the Eucharist.  Anytime you receive the Eucharist, you receive Me.  I am the Bread of Life.  I desire everyone to receive this bread, for it is through this bread that you gain eternal life.  Eternal life is given to everyone who comes to know Me as their Lord and Savior.  I desire everyone to allow Me to enter their heart through the Eucharist.  It is through this great gift that you become more like Me.  Each time you allow Me to come into your heart through the Eucharist, I remain with you.  Through this gift, I am with you always.

I have experienced the true presence of Jesus in the Eucharist.  They say that you cannot see the face of God in the Eucharist but on multiple occasions I have.  One time I was at a healing mass.  The first time the Eucharist was elevated, I saw the face of Jesus.  The second time it was elevated during the same mass, I saw the face of Jesus again but only this time I also saw the crown of thorns on His head.  This is only one of many experiences that I have had, but the greatest experience I ever had happened when I recently took a trip to Alabama to the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament.  I was sitting in the church and focused on the Eucharist.  I found myself saying, "Show me your face." As soon as I said that, the Eucharist became super bright!  It was so blinding that I had to look away!  The presence of Jesus in the Eucharist that day was brighter than the diamond ring of a solar eclipse!
