God's Glory

 October 23, 2024

Verse of the day - 1 Corinthians 13:12 (NRSV)

For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then we will see face to face.  Now I know only in part; then I will know fully, even as I have been fully known.

In chapter 3 of my third book, Jesus speaks to us about His Glory.

Excerpt from Come To The Cross

While you are on earth, you will only dimly see part of My Glory.  If you saw the full extent of My Glory, you would not be able to handle it.  My Glory is brighter than the sun.  When you come to Heaven at the end of your earthly life, that is when you will see the extent of My full Glory face to face.  Many blessings will be bestowed upon My dear children who follow Me.  Lead others back to Me.  When you lovingly take others by the hand, and lead them in the right direction, they too shall be saved and see My Glory face to face in Heaven.  Behold My Presence.

This past summer I went on a Pilgrimage to Alabama.  One day we were at The Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament.  They have an upper church and lower church there.  We went to the upper church for adoration. They say that you cannot see the face of Jesus in the Eucharist.  I have actually experienced seeing this on multiple occasions.  As we were sitting there, I was gazing at the beauty of the Eucharist in the Monstrance (The vessel that contains The Eucharist).  As I was sitting there focused, I heard myself saying, "Show me your face."  As soon as I said that, The Eucharist became super bright!  It was brighter than the "diamond ring" of a solar eclipse.  It was such a blinding brightness that I could no longer look at it and had to look away! I feel I saw a glimpse of God's Glory that day.  It was the most beautiful thing I ever saw!
