Gain Access To Heaven Through Jesus

Verse of the day - 1 Corinthians 12:27 (NRSV)

Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it.

In chapter 9 of my first book, Jesus tells us how we can gain access to Heaven through Him.

Excerpt from Spirituality, A Journey For My Soul

One does not enter Heaven by good works alone.  I desire everyone to do My work while on earth.  Many times, My dear children do not do My Will for them in their life.  When you hear My voice, you need to do as I ask.  When you come to know Me as your Lord and Savior, you will recognize My voice.  Come and follow Me.  In order to gain access to Heaven, you need to believe in Me.  Only by My grace is your access to Heaven granted.  If you truly know Me, you will also know My Father in Heaven.

It does not matter how many good works we do while on earth.  Jesus has told us that it is only through His grace that we gain access to Heaven. In John 14:6 Jesus said: 'I am the way, and the truth, and the Life.  No one comes to the Father except through me.' 

Made Whole In Body, Mind, And Spirit

No one has greater love than this, to lay down one's life for one's friends.

In chapter 3 of my fifth book, Jesus speaks to us about becoming whole in body, mind, and spirit.

Excerpt from Pathway To Christ

I bore the cross for the sins of the world.  Through My sacrifice, all sins have been forgiven.  Come to the cross and receive My love and mercy.  Blessed are you when you come before Me.  I will make you whole in body, mind, and spirit.  Allow My Blood to flow over you.

Through the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross, we will be made whole.  It is by His Precious Blood that we are cleansed from our sins.  Without His sacrifice there would be no redemption.  The Precious Blood of Jesus is the ultimate gift of love.  There is no greater love than this.

Live By Faith

Verse of the day - Daniel 12:2 (NRSV)

Many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

In chapter 7 of my fourth book, Jesus tells us that at the end of time, He will call forth all those who lived their faith from the grave.

Excerpt from Called By God

At the end of time, I will return.  I will call forth all who have lived their faith from the grave.  They will be raised up.  Then all who are still alive will be called up to meet Me in the air.  I will take everyone to their Heavenly Home to live with Me forever.  Be bold and proclaim your faith to one another so that more of My dear children will be saved from final condemnation.  Blessed are you when you believe in Me. 

We are called by God to boldly proclaim our faith to one another.  Through sharing our faith with others, many who do not yet know Jesus as their Lord and Savior will come to know Him through us.  Through our faith in Jesus we shall be saved and one day join Him forever in Heaven.

Brighten Someone's Path

Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, 'I am the light of the world.  Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life.'

In chapter 8 of my third book, Jesus speaks to us about being a light for someone else.

Excerpt from Come To The Cross

When you come to know Me as your Lord and Savior, share Me with others.  Anytime you meet someone, share your faith.  Be the light that brightens someone else's path.  Many times, My dear children are saddened by the events of the world.  By sharing your faith with others, they may be enlightened.  In turn they will help someone else.  Let your light shine brightly before others.  Allow them to see good works despite the evil works being done in the world.  Good works bring hope to everyone.

When we follow Jesus, we are followers of the Light.  Just as Jesus is the Light of the World, we too should be allowing our light to shine before others.  At Baptism, we were given a candle that represents the Light of Christ.  As we grow older, and learn about Jesus, our light will grow brighter.  As our light grows brighter, we should not be afraid to pass our light along to others.  The more we share the Light of Christ with others, the brighter the world will become.  Without the Light of Christ in our life, things will grow dark and gloomy.  Let us go forth with our light and share it with others.

Believing In Jesus

In chapter 3 of my second book, Jesus speaks to us about when He appeared to the disciples after His Resurrection.

Excerpt from Come Back To Me

After I died, they were together in a room with the windows and doors locked in fear that the Jews would find them and kill them.  Even though the doors were locked, I came and stood in their midst.  My disciples were all gathered for this experience except for Thomas.  After My visit with them they were overjoyed.  They told Thomas about My appearance to them, but he did not believe them.  Thomas told the other disciples that he would not believe that I was present among them.  The only way Thomas said he would believe is if I would appear again and he would be able to put his finger into My nail prints and his hand into My side.  I waited for My disciples to gather once again and this time with Thomas.  I then appeared to them and spoke to Thomas and told him to do as he wished.  After this experience, Thomas believed.  I told Thomas that he only believed because He saw, but blessed are those who do not see but still believe.  Many times, My dear children today do not believe in Me because they have not seen certain things in their life.  Sometimes I reveal Myself to them and sometimes I do not.

Everyone Has A Mission In Life

For surely I know the plans I have for you, says the LORD, plans for your welfare and not for harm, to give you a future with hope.

In chapter 8 of my first book, Jesus tells us that everyone has a mission in life.

Excerpt from Spirituality, A Journey For My Soul

Some fulfill their life's purpose sooner than others.  Do not be in a hurry for only I know the plans I have for you.  No one leaves this earth before their mission is accomplished.  Everyone who is born has a mission in life that needs to be accomplished.  Learn to listen to My voice.  By listening to My voice you will know what you are to do.  There are many lessons to learn in life.  Be open to receiving them.  Come before Me and I will lead you in the ways you should go.  By following My Ways you will join Me in Paradise.

Everyone has a mission in life that was set before us by God.  Sometimes we may not know what it is that we are supposed to do, but if we pray and ask God, He will show us what He desires us to do.  When we are open to doing God's Will, He will lead the way.  

Coming To The Feet Of Jesus

When God saw what they did, how they turned from their evil ways, God changed his mind about the calamity that he had said he would bring upon them; and he did not do it.

In chapter 2 of my fifth book, Jesus speaks to us about coming to His Feet with repentant hearts.

Excerpt from Pathway To Christ

It is at the Foot of the Cross where repentant hearts gather.  Gather at My Feet and be blessed.  Allow My life-saving Blood to flow over you and be healed of your transgressions.  I hold nothing against My dear children as they gather with repentant hearts.  I love everyone so much and desire to be with each of you on a personal level.  Allow Me to fill your hearts with My Love.  When you come to My Feet and lay your burdens down, this is when you will find peace.

It makes Jesus happy when we come to Him with repentant hearts.  When we do this, He will forgive us for our wrongdoings.  This was the case for the great city of Nineveh.  Jonah was sent by God to the city of Nineveh to warn them that their city would be destroyed if they did not repent of their ways.  The people of Nineveh repented and when God saw this, He changed His mind and did not destroy the city.  Just as the people of the great city of Nineveh repented and turned from their ways of doing things, God desires us to do the same.

God Can Always Be Trusted

Trust in him, and he will help you; make your ways straight, and hope in him.

In chapter 8 of my fourth book, Jesus tells us that we can always trust Him.

Excerpt from Called By God

Many of My dear children have problems trusting in Me.  Day-to-day living may cause trust issues.  Even if life is hard and My dear children have problems trusting other people, I can always be trusted.  I will never leave you or forsake you.  Even if you feel abandoned by the world, I will always be here for you.  Trust in Me and do not be afraid.  Walk in faith and believe that I am with you always.  Come to Me in faith believing.  All things are possible to those who have faith and trust in Me provided what you are asking is part of My Will.

Life can be hard and sometimes we will have problems trusting other people because of past experiences.  Even if we do not feel like we are able to trust anyone, Jesus can always be trusted.  He will always be here for us in both good times and bad.

Our Earthly Journey

For the gate is narrow and the road is hard that leads to life, and there are few who find it.

In chapter 8 of my third book, Jesus speaks about the road that leads to Him.

Excerpt from Come To The Cross

Life on earth is temporary.  This is only a place of transition for My dear children to travel through while on their way to Heaven.  Though the earthly journey may be rough at times, if you have faith and put your trust in Me, the road of life will lead to Me.  The days on earth are limited, and no one knows the exact hour when their earthly life will be up.  How I desire more of My dear children to follow Me instead of the ways of the world.  Be prepared to join Me in the Heavenly Realms at any time.

As we live our lives, we never know when our last day on earth will be.  We need to be ready to join Jesus in Heaven at any time.  Though the road may be rough at times as we journey through life, if we place our trust in Jesus, He will help us make it through.  

Unspoken Prayers

There I prayed, and understanding was given me; I called on God, and the spirit of wisdom came to me.

In chapter 4 of my second book, Jesus tells us that He hears all unspoken prayers.

Excerpt from Come Back To Me

Sometimes My dear children need extra prayers.  Anytime you take time to pray for someone in need, they will be blessed without them even knowing it  Be not afraid to be open to My call.  If I bring someone to your mind, pray for them.  You may not know what their need is at the time, but I do.  I hear all unspoken prayers.  When you do not know how to pray or what to say, I still hear and answer your needs.  Be not afraid to come before Me.  I will always be here for you.

There have been many times when God suddenly brought someone to my mind.  I did not know what was going on at the time, but I stopped and prayed for the person.  The next day I would ask them if they were having problems the day before.  The answer is always "Yes, how did you know?"  It is only by the grace of God that it was revealed to me that the other person needed prayer.  If God brings someone to mind, we may not know what we are to pray for but God knows the situation.  He will always hear our prayers.

The Baptism Of Jesus

I myself did not know him, but the one who sent me to baptize with water said to me, "He on whom you see the Spirit descend and remain is the one who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.  And I myself have seen and have testified that this is the Son of God.

My Baptism was a necessity.  The power of the Holy Spirit was made available for everyone present to see.  Many people were converted that day.  It was through My Baptism that My main ministry began.  Even though My disciples had already been chosen, through My Baptism I was able to lead them in a new direction.  Through My Baptism, many people came to realize that I was truly the Son of God.

Jesus was Baptized by John.  Through His Baptism, He was anointed by the Holy Spirit.  It was then, that Jesus began His main ministry.  Through the power of the Holy Spirit, many people came to believe in Jesus.

Faithfulness To God

I declare that your steadfast love is established for ever; your faithfulness is as firm as the heavens.

In chapter 6 of my fifth book, Jesus speaks to us about being faithful to Him.

Excerpt from Pathway To Christ

Through your faithfulness to Me, your soul shall be saved.  While living on earth, you will experience many trials and much tribulation.  No matter what you face My dear children, always follow Me.  My dear children who follow Me will indeed be persecuted for their beliefs.  No matter how much persecution one faces, I desire My dear children to remain faithful to Me.

When we know Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we will face much persecution.  No matter how much persecution we face in life because of our beliefs, Jesus desires us to remain faithful to Him. 

God Will Help Us In Our Time Of Need

This battle is not for you to fight; take your position, stand still, and see the victory of the LORD on your behalf, O Judah and Jerusalem. "Do not fear of be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them, and the LORD will be with you.'

In chapter 1 of my fourth book, Jesus  assures us that He will be with us during our difficult times.

Trust in Me, and I will lead you through the rough waters.  I will always watch out for My beloved children.  Be not afraid to turn everything over to Me.

During our life, we will face many battles. Many times, the battles we face are spiritual in nature.  One thing we need to try to remember is that the battle is not ours to fight.  We should try our best to turn everything over to God.  He will always have our back.  With God on our side, we should have nothing to fear.

Jesus Alone Can Save Us

I desire My dear children to repent of any evil ways.  Return to Me with your whole heart.  Be born of the spirit and you will be renewed to a new life with Me.  By grace you will be saved.  Have faith in Me, not mankind or any other items.  I alone can save you.

Disciples For Christ

Then Jesus said to the Jews who had believed in him, 'If you continue in my word, you are truly my disciples; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.'

In chapter 3 of my second book, Jesus speaks to us about being His disciples.

Excerpt from Come Back To Me

I desire you to be My disciple.  Help people you know and meet in your everyday life.  I place everyone in your path for a reason.  Be not afraid to reach out to them.  Share your love of Me and the Gospel with them.  Many times, there will be people that I place in your path that do not know Me as their Lord and Savior.  It is up to you to bring them to Me.  Pray for them every day.  Many times, if you open the door of possibility  to them, I will be able to come into their heart and they will be saved.

As disciples for Jesus, we are asked to reach out to other people with the love of God.  Many times, we may touch someone's life and not even realize it.  Everyone we meet is placed in our life for a reason.  We may not always know what that reason is, but God does.  As we journey through life, let us pray and share the love of Christ with one another.

Prayers That Come From The Heart

Ask, and it will be given to you; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you.  For everyone who asks receives, and everyone who searches finds, and for everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.

In chapter 10 of my first book, Jesus speaks to us about heart prayers.

Excerpt from Spirituality, A Journey For My Soul

Come to Me with the desires of your heart.  Provided that it is part of My Will, anything that you ask in My name will be granted to you.  I always answer the prayers of My children according to My Will.  Be not afraid to speak from the heart.  Heart prayers are the best type of prayers.  They are the unspoken prayers that you hold deep inside of your heart.  Many times, people do not know what is deep inside of your heart, but I do.  I know you inside and out.  Many people carry around a lot of hurt and anger deep inside.  This is not healthy.  Release everything unto Me and talk to Me about the things that bother you.  I alone can give you peace.  Worry not about what other people think and say.  They do not know you like I know you.  I will bring you peace that surpasses all understanding.  My peace is better than any peace that anyone on this earth can give.  Once you come to Me, you will find an everlasting peace.  There will be no more pain or sorrow.  There will be only happiness.  It will be the greatest joy you will ever know.

Lay Your Burdens Down

In chapter 2 of my fifth book, Jesus speaks to us about laying our burdens at His feet.

Excerpt from Pathway To Christ

Come before Me every day at My Feet and lay your burdens down.  I will release you from all your fears.  Allow My love to radiate down upon you.  I love you and you are Mine.  By releasing all your fears and anxieties, you will be set free.

In life, we will experience many things that worry us, and other situations will cause great anxiety.  If we go before Jesus and lay everything at His Feet, we will receive a great release.  It is the desire of Jesus that we place everything before Him and allow Him to help us.

Teach One Another About Love

I give you a new commandment, that you love one another.  Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another.  By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.

In chapter 7 of my fourth book, Jesus asks us to teach others about love.

Excerpt from Called By God

Being a disciple requires great love.  I ask that you love everyone.  Many times, My dear children do not know how to love one another unless they are taught.  It is up to My disciples to teach other dear children about love.

Love has many different looks.  It can be as simple as helping someone across the street.  Anytime you see someone in need, if you reach out to help them, that is an act of love.  Always have your eyes open for ways to help one another.  Whatever you do for other people, you also do for Me.  I live inside of everyone.

God's love is everlasting.  He loves us so much that He sacrificed His life for us by dying on the cross.  This is what true love looks like.  Jesus calls us to love one another in the same way.  Through bad experiences, many people do not know what it is like to be loved.  If we step out in faith and help one another, those who once felt unlovable will feel God's love through us.  This is how God's love will spread throughout the world.   When we share God's love with one another, they in turn will share what they experienced with others.

No One Will Be Left Out

Which of these three, do you think, was a neigbour to the man who fell into the hands of the robbers?  He said, 'The one who showed him mercy.'  Jesus said to him, 'Go and do likewise.'

In chapter 10 of my third book, Jesus speaks to us about showing mercy to others.

Excerpt from Come To The Cross

I have great passion for all My beloved children.  Even though I knew that I was going to be denied by Peter three times and betrayed by Judas, I washed their feet.  I will not leave anyone out.  I ask that you do the same.  When someone hurts you deeply, have mercy on them by saying a prayer for them and forgiving them.  Come to Me.  I will help you.  When you show mercy to your fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, they in turn will show mercy to someone else.

Jesus has told us that we should show mercy to one another, but what exactly is mercy?  Mercy is shown when we forgive someone who has hurt us deeply.  Jesus shows us mercy by forgiving us of our sins.  Throughout our life we will be hurt many times.  We are called to be loving and kind to everyone.  Sometimes this can be hard to do.  Life may be hard sometimes, but with the great love and mercy of God, we will survive.  Just as Jesus shows us His great love and mercy, He desires us to do the same.

Strengthened Through The Eucharist

Jesus said to them, 'I am the bread of life.  Whoever comes to me will never be hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.

In chapter 11 of my second book, Jesus speaks to us about His True Presence in the Holy Eucharist.

Excerpt from Come Back To Me

I am always present in the Most Holy Eucharist.  How I desire more of My dear children to come and believe in My Divine Presence.  Come and become one with Me.  I am with you always.  I will never leave you or forsake you.  Come and be strengthened by this Divine Bread from Heaven.  This is My gift to you.  Come and receive this most precious gift.  I am always waiting for you with open arms.  I love you and you are Mine.

Jesus is truly present in the sacrament of The Eucharist.  Through this gift, He is with us always. I know from personal experience of the great relief I feel when I am able to receive Jesus into My heart through The Eucharist.   The Eucharist is food for the soul.  Through this gift He strengthens us for what may lie ahead of us.  Though the burdens of life are still present, through the gift of The Eucharist, I can face them much better. 

Becoming More Like Jesus

For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes.

In chapter 3 of my first book, Jesus speaks to us about His true Presence in The Eucharist.

Excerpt from Spirituality, A Journey For My Soul

There will always be non-believers among My dear children.  Even if they do not believe that I am truly present in the Eucharist, I still come to them. Eat My bread and you will live forever in the Heavenly sense.  When you receive My body on a regular basis, you become more like Me.  Receive Me into your heart.  Treat your body as a Holy Temple.  Anywhere I am is Holy.  Come before My altar and worship Me.  This is My desire for My dear children.  Be open to My desires for you.  I have been present in the form of bread and wine since I instituted it at The Last Supper.

Miracles can happen when we are in the presence of The Eucharist.  I can tell you from personal experience the Presence of Jesus in The Eucharist is real.  I used to go to healing masses.  There was one that I went to in particular where I experienced  the true presence of God in The Eucharist.  During mass when the priest elevated The Eucharist, I saw the face of Jesus.  The second time the Eucharist was elevated, I saw the face of Jesus again but only this time I also saw the crown of thorns on His head.

Last summer I went on a Pilgrimage to Alabama.  We were in the upper church at The Shrine Of The Most Blessed Sacrament for adoration.  They have the most beautiful Monstrance (the vessel which displays The Eucharist) I have ever seen.  As I was sitting in the pew focused on The Eucharist, I heard myself saying, "Show me your face."  As soon as I said this, The Eucharist became so blinding bright that I could not even look at it!  I had to turn my head away.  If anyone has ever seen the diamond ring of a total solar eclipse, the brightness that I saw that day was even brighter than that!  

Drawn Closer To Jesus Through Persecution

Do not fear what you are about to suffer.  Beware, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison so that you may be tested, and for ten days you will have affliction.  Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.

In chapter 10 of my fifth book, Jesus speaks to us about facing persecution.

Excerpt from Pathway To Christ

I speak to My dear children in different ways.  When you hear My voice, you will know what you are to speak on My behalf.  Be bold and allow Me to guide your words.  Even though you may face persecution on My behalf, do not fear.  Know that I faced persecution also.  If they persecuted Me, My followers will be persecuted also.  Take great joy in knowing that you are found worthy of persecution.  Through persecution, you will be drawn closer to Me.

God speaks to everyone in different ways.  When we come to know Jesus as our Lord and Savior, He will lead the way.  Step by step, we will be shown how we can best serve Him.  As we draw closer to Jesus, we will face persecution.  Jesus said that we should be joyful in our persecution because through it we will be drawn closer to Him.
