Becoming Born Again

Verse of the day - John 3:3 (NRSV)

Jesus answered him, 'Very truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God without being born from above.'

In chapter 2 of my first book, Jesus speaks to Nicodemus about being born again.  

Excerpt from Spirituality, A Journey For My Soul

When you are born of the flesh, you follow what other people do, but when you are born of the Spirit, you follow Me.  Before you are born of the Spirit you do not follow Me, the Light of Life.  Anyone who does not know Me is living in the darkness of this world.  I desire everyone to be born of the Spirit.

Nicodemus knew that I came from above but he did not fully understand who I was.  He focused on earthly things instead of the things of Heaven.  This is why he did not understand what I was trying to tell him.  When you are born again, you will understand My Ways and follow Me.

To be born again, we must change our ways so that we become more like Jesus.  Before we are born again, we are like Nicodemus.  We do not understand anything other than earthly things.  However, when we are born again, we begin to see things in a new light.  A born again person sees things from Jesus' point of view, and begins to follow His Ways instead of the ways of the world.  We begin to dislike things that we used to enjoy, such as certain TV shows, the type of language that is heard - such as foul language, and the types of friends we have, etc.  We change our ways and become a follower of Jesus instead of a follower of the world.  We begin to spend more time in prayer, attend church more frequently, and spread the words of Jesus among family and friends.

God's Love Is Pure

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

In chapter 7 of my fifth book, Jesus speaks to us about His Love

Excerpt from Pathway To Christ

If My dear children live in sin and do not believe in Me, they shall be condemned to life without Me.  I desire this for no one.  I love My dear children with an everlasting love!  Through believing in Me, My dear children will gain eternal life.  At the end of time, all who believed in Me will be with Me forever in Paradise.  This is where I desire My dear children to be.  Come live your life by following in My Ways.  Bring others with you to the cross.  Allow them to feel My love in a way that was never experienced before.  My love is pure.  I will refuse no one.  Open your heart wide and allow Me into your life.  Through Me, eternal life is possible.  Allow Me to take you to your Heavenly Home.  At the end of your earthly life, if you believe in Me and follow in My Ways, this is where you shall spend eternity.  Be at peace My dear children.  I love you and you are Mine.

There is no love purer than the love of Jesus.  Jesus will refuse no one.  He desires everyone to come to Him and believe.  When we know Jesus as our Lord and Savior, He desires us to bring others with us to the cross.  The love of Jesus is so great that He gave up His life so that we may live.  We are saved from eternal condemnation if we believe in Jesus, who is God's only Son.  He came to earth and lived among us.  After living among us for thirty-three years, He unselfishly sacrificed Himself on the cross.  Through His suffering and death on the cross, He took the punishment for our sins upon Himself.  He died so that we may one day live forever in the Heavenly Realms with Him.

Heaven Is Our True Home

Verse of the day - Revelation 19:9 (NRSV)

And the angel said to me, 'Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.' And he said to me, 'These are true words of God.'

In chapter 6 of my fourth book, Jesus tells us that He has a special feast prepared for us.

My dear children, you are so precious to Me.  I love you with everlasting love.  I laid down My life for you on the cross.  I left this world to prepare a place for you, My beloved children.  When you pass away from this earth, if you know Me as your Lord and Savior, you will join Me forever in Heaven. This is your true home.  While on earth,  My dear children are only passing through on their way home to Me.  I have a special feast prepared for those who know and love Me.  Come, join Me around the banquet table.  You will be truly anointed.  Blessings will flow down upon you in abundance.  

On this Thanksgiving Day, we remember the loved ones who have passed on to eternal life.  They are celebrating with Jesus, the Angels, and the Saints around the mighty banquet table that God has provided for us.  As we live our life on earth, we are only passing through to our Real Home which is in Heaven.  One day, when our time on earth is up, we will be reunited in Heaven.

Behold God's Glory

And the Word became flesh and lived among us, and we have seen his glory, the glory as of a father's only son, full of grace and truth.

In chapter 1 of my third book, Jesus speaks to us about His Glory.

Excerpt from Come To The Cross

Come and behold My Glory!  I shine My love down upon the entire earth!  Come and receive My love.  Be not afraid to come before Me.  I am here for My beloved children.  Allow Me to wrap My loving arms around you.  For your sake, I became man and dwelt among all.  I sacrificed Myself unselfishly so that everyone may come to Me and receive everlasting life.  Everlasting life is given freely to everyone who believes in Me, The Son of God.  Before I went to the cross, suffered, died  was buried, and resurrected from the dead, I went to Gethsemane and prayed to My Father in Heaven.

Jesus loves us so much that He was willing to pour out His own Blood on the cross so that we may come before Him and be saved from our sins.  His love endures forever.  To God be the Glory!  Thanks be to God for sacrificing Himself unselfishly so that we may one day live forever in Heaven with Him.  What a day of rejoicing that will be!

God's Divine Will

For God alone my soul waits in silence, for my hope is from him.

In chapter 2 of my second book, Jesus tells us what His Divine Will is for everyone's life.

Excerpt from Come Back To Me

There are many among you who do not yet know My voice and My Divine Will for their life.  My Divine Will  for everyone's life while on earth is that you come to know Me as your Lord and Savior.  This is the reason I came to earth. I bled and died a brutal death so that you might live with Me forever in Paradise.  While you are living on earth, you are only passing through on your way to your new Heavenly home.  When times become hard for you to handle, reach out to Me.  I will take you by the right hand and lead you through to safety.  Never be afraid to ask Me for help.  That is what I am here for.  I walk beside you every day of your life.

Life on earth is temporary.  We are only passing through to our real home which is in Heaven.  Jesus died a brutal death on the cross so that one day we will be able to live with Him forever in Heaven.  We can reach out to Him when we are struggling.  God understands what we are going through because He came to earth and lived among us for thirty-three years.  He desires us to reach out to Him in our time of need. He walks beside us every day of our life.

Allow Your Light To Shine

The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overcome it.

In chapter 9 of my first book Jesus speaks to us about allowing our light to shine.

Excerpt from Spirituality, A Journey For My Soul

I came into being first, and then I created the world.  I brought light into the darkness of this world.  All things were created by Me.  I am the Light of the World.  I give My Light to all.   I desire all people to let their light shine before men.  Allow them to see the good that you do.  By allowing you light to shine in the darkness of this world, everything will become brighter.  Many people see this world as dark and gloomy.  When you share the Light of Life with them, their world lightens up and they begin to see things in a new light.  When things are seen in a new light, life becomes easier.  My desire for all of My children of this world is for everyone to come to Me with their problems.  I will lighten your load so that you will be able to cope better with the situations that you are in.  Release everything unto Me, the Light of Life, and I will give you rest.

At Baptism we are given the Light of Christ.  As we grow older and we come to know Jesus as our Lord and Savior, our light grows brighter.  Jesus desires us to share our light with other people so that they too may see His great love shine through us.  

We Are Never Alone In Our Pain

Out of my distress I called on the LORD; the LORD answered me and set me in a broad place.

In chapter 2 of my fourth book, Jesus tells us that when we suffer, He suffers also.

Excerpt from Called By God

Come to the foot of the cross and allow Me to heal you.  Many suffer from a broken heart due to life events and do not know how to heal.  When you come before the cross during difficult times in your life, I will reach out to you.  I always reach out to My dear children in love.  Be open to receiving Me into your heart.  Inside your heart is where I can heal everything that has hurt you so deeply.  Healing takes time.  Allow Me to help you.  I love you and desire none of My dear children to suffer.  When you suffer, I suffer along with you.  You are never alone in your pain.  When My dear children feel as though they cannot carry on, that is when I carry their cross for them.  I walk with My dear children through life.  Release everything over to me and allow Me to help you.

We never walk alone through our difficult times in life.  When we feel as though we have no one to turn to, Jesus is always there with us.  He is waiting for us to turn to Him in our time of need.  Even if we feel as though the world has abandoned us, Jesus will never leave our side.  It is during the most difficult times of life that we are carried by Jesus.  Let us reach out to Him and allow Him to help us.

Allow Jesus To Be Our Guide

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

In chapter 7 of my third book, Jesus assures us that He will be our guide.

Excerpt from Come To The Cross

I call My dear children to be still with Me.  Come into My Presence and spend time with Me.  Release all cares of the world to Me.  I know your future.  You have nothing to fear when you know Me as your Lord and Savior.  Allow Me to be your guide.  Fear not My dear little ones.  I will always lead you in the right direction.

With Jesus as our guide, we should have nothing to fear. He knows what our future holds and  He will never lead us wrong.  When we come into His Presence and are silent, He will reveal great things to us.

Put What Others Say To The Test

Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves.

In chapter 1 of my second book, Jesus speaks to us about false prophets.

Excerpt from Come Back To Me

Many times, in life, My dear children will find someone who appears to be of good nature.  Please be careful.  Many times, someone may appear to be of good nature, but they are not.  They may speak words in My name, however; it is the devil in disguise.  Anytime you hear from someone that they are a prophet for the Lord Jesus Christ, put what they say to the test.  Come to Me in prayer and I will let you know if what they tell you is truly of Me.  If through your prayers you are at peace, then they were truly sent from Me.  If on the other hand, something does not feel right, then they are not from Me.  They are only someone who is trying to lead you astray.  As the end of time draws near, there will be more and more of My dear children being led astray.

As the end of the world draws closer, many will be led astray from God.  If we are strong in our faith and know the Word of God, we will be able to better discern if what we hear is actually from God.  Before we make a decision to follow what someone says, we should take time to pray.  If through our prayers, we are at peace, we will know that it is from God.  

God Welcomes Us With Open Arms

For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace.

In chapter 8 of my first book, Jesus tells us that He will welcome everyone with open arms.

Excerpt from Spirituality, A Journey For My Soul

It is indeed by My grace that sins are forgiven.  I desire everyone to repent of their sins.  Be not afraid to come before Me when you sin.  When you confess your sins to Me, I will forgive you and remember your sins no more.  You will receive a fresh new start.  Every new beginning will be a chance for you to draw closer to Me.  I desire everyone to draw close to Me.  I will welcome all of My children with open arms.

We all sin but it is by God's grace that we are forgiven.  When we come before God and speak to Him about our sins, He will forgive us.  When we stray from God due to our sins, He will be patiently waiting for us to return to Him. He will not remember our sins, and will be given a fresh new start.  No matter how far we have strayed from Jesus, He will always welcome us back with open arms!

Be Strong In Your Faith

Look at the proud!  Their spirit is not right in them, but the righteous live by their faith.

In chapter 8 of my fourth book, Jesus speaks to us about being strong in our faith so that we will not be deceived by false prophets.

Excerpt from Called By God

False Prophets are those who claim they follow Me, but they do not.  They will try to get you to follow their ways.  Compare what they say to The Bible.  If what they tell you does not match My Spoken Words in The Bible, please know that they are not doing My Will.  My dear children who follow My Ways, follow The Bible.  It is important to know the words spoken to you through The Bible.  Many of My dear children do not know what is written.  This is how many of My dear children will be lost at the end of time.  Be strong in your faith and know what is taught in The Bible.  Do not give in to false prophets.  The true prophets know My Words and they follow Me.  Please do not be deceived by those who try to lead you astray.

Praising God During Hard Times

Verses of the day -  Job 19:25-26 (NRSV)

For I know my Redeemer lives, and that at the last he will stand up on the earth; and after my skin has been thus destroyed, then in my flesh I shall see God.

In chapter 9 of my third book, Jesus speaks about the faithfulness of Job during the trials he endured.

Excerpt from Come To The Cross

Job was a man of great faith.  Even though everything was taken away from him, he still fell to the ground and worshiped Me.  Blessed are you when you give Me praise and thanksgiving for the bad times in your life.  Many of My dear children fall away from Me during difficulties in life.  I desire you to keep your faith.  As hard as life may be, I desire for you to still be faithful in everything you do, especially in prayer and thanksgiving.  Many blessings were bestowed upon Job because he still praised Me even though he lost everything.

Job was  a faithful follower of God.  Since Job was so faithful, the devil asked God to allow him to torture Job as a test.  Job suffered greatly at the hands of the devil.  Even during all his suffering, he still praised God.  Because of his faithfulness to God, in the end, Job was repaid by God and was given twice as much as he had before.

Learning To Live Free Of Worries And Problems

He said to his disciples, 'Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat, or about your body, what you will wear.  For life is more than food, and the body more than clothing.

In chapter 8 of my second book, Jesus speaks to us about learning how to live free from worries and problems.

Excerpt from Come Back To Me

My Mercy is much greater than anyone could ever understand.  Reach out to Me in your time of need and I will give you strength.  Release everything and learn to live free of worry and problems.  With My Mercy, you will be able to endure many great trials and tribulations.  Open your heart to My Divine Mercy.  Be free from all pains and illnesses.  I release My Mercy upon everyone.  No one is worthy of My Mercy, but I give it freely anyways.  How great is My love for you?  I poured out My life's blood for everyone.

When we reach out to Jesus in our time of need, He will give us strength.  No matter what we may be facing in life, God will always be there for us.  Through the great mercy of God, we will be able to endure great trials and tribulations.  

The True Lamb Of God

The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him and declared, 'Here is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!

In chapter 4 of my first book, Jesus declares He is the true Lamb of God.

Excerpt from Spirituality, A Journey For My Soul

The very first Christmas, I came before man in the form of a baby.  There was no room at the inn for us.  So that the Will of My Father could be fulfilled, I was born in a stable.  It wasn't the best of conditions but that is where I, the King of Kings, was born.  Once I was born, My bright light shined in the night sky for the wise men to see.  When they saw the bright light that was put forth from My birth, they knew that something great had happened.  They came, saw and believed.  This is the reason why I came into this world, so that all may come, see, and believe that I am the true Lamb of God.

With Christmas being six weeks away, this is a perfect reminder of God's love for us.  He loves us so much that He was willing to come to earth in the form of a baby and live among us.  The day Jesus was born, a bright light shined in the night sky.  With the darkness of the world that we live in, it is good to know that the light of Christ will shine brightly to lead and guide us in the right direction.  This Christmas season, let us remember Jesus.  He is the true reason for the season.

Be The Light Of Christ's Love

And now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; and the greatest of these is love.

In chapter 4 of my fourth book, Jesus asks us to be the light of His love.

Excerpt from Called By God

Many times, My dear children have never experienced love from anyone.  Reach out to one another during times of need.  By reaching out to another person during their time of need, they will see My love through you.  Be the light of My love and shine brightly through the darkness of this world.

If we love one another as Jesus loves us, hearts will be softened.  With love, anything is possible.  If we do not know how to love someone who has hurt us deeply, we can say a prayer and Jesus who hears our prayers, will help us.  He will lead us in the right direction so that we will know what He desires us to say or do.  Many times, the people who have hurt us deeply have been hurt by someone else.  They have not had anyone to love them.  If we reach out to them in love, many times their eyes will be opened to the love of Jesus.  Through reaching out to other people in love, the darkness of this world will be made bright.

Receive God's Peace

For God is a God not of disorder but of peace.

In chapter 1 of my third book, Jesus speaks to us receiving His peace.

Excerpt from Come To The Cross

Come before Me, and do not be afraid.  I am here for you always.  When I went to Calvary and died on the cross, I had all of mankind on My mind.  Be not afraid to come before the cross.  I am here for you always.  Come and receive My everlasting peace.  I give the peace that the world cannot give.

When we come to the foot of the cross, we will experience great peace.  Jesus desires us to bring all our cares and concerns to Him.  When we release everything over to Jesus, we will receive His great love and mercy.  This in turn will bring us peace that surpasses all understanding.  We will no longer be overcome by the things of this world.  There have been times when I have had a lot of stress in my life.  At the time I should have been overwhelmed, but thanks to God, I had a sense of peace.  It was only through the help of God that I was able to maintain a peace that surpasses all understanding.  

Becoming Part Of God's Flock

Which one of you, having a hundred sheep and losing one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness and go after the one that is lost until he finds it?

In chapter 12 of my second book, Jesus speaks to us about becoming part of His flock.

Excerpt from Come Back To Me

Come and join Me.  Become part of My flock.  I am the Good Shepherd.  You are My sheep.  A Good Shepherd watches over His sheep and keeps them from harm.  I will lead and guide you to where I desire you to be in this life.  Once you become part of My flock, I desire greatly that you would gather other sheep.  Many sheep have gone astray and need to find their way back to the Good Shepherd.  Help the lost sheep of this world to find their way back to Me.  Come, let all become part of My flock.  Becoming part of My flock is necessary to gain eternal life in Heaven.

When we become part of God's flock, we will gain eternal life in Heaven.  Jesus is the Good Shepherd.  We are His sheep.  When we know Jesus as our Lord and Savior, He desires us to help lead others back to Him.  We all go astray like lost sheep at some point in our lives.  When we do, God will send someone our way to help lead us back on the right path.  

Live Life One Day At A Time

The LORD is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts; so I am helped, and my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him.

Excerpt from Spirituality, A Journey For My Soul

I desire My dear children to come back to Me.  Come before Me with all of your burdens.  Let go of everything that bothers you.  I will lighten your load.  Talk to Me and I will release you of all your fears.  The human body was designed to handle only twenty-four hours at a time.  Do not have past regrets or worry about the future.  Always take one day at a time.  I am in control of what happens to you.  There is no need to worry.  Worry will weigh you down.  Allow Me to carry your burdens for you.  I am with you every step of the way.  Come to Me and I will give you rest.

Finding Peace In God

But you, O LORD, are a shield around me, my glory, and the one who lifts up my head.

In chapter 2 of my fourth book, Jesus tells us that we can find peace in Him.

Excerpt from Called By God

Come before the cross and put your faith and trust in Me.  Allow Me to help you through your most difficult times.  Lay everything down before Me and find peace.  When you trust in Me, you will find peace.  Allow My peace to flow over you and heal you.  Become absorbed in My Presence.  When you become absorbed in My Presence you will no longer be aware of your surroundings.  One on one time with Me is the best part of your day.  I desire My dear children to spend time in My Presence each day.  Become relaxed and leave the cares of this world behind.  I will strengthen you and set you free from all that worries you.  Be at peace My dear children.  I have everything under control.

No matter what type of situation we may be facing, we can trust that God is in control.  He will help us make it through our most difficult times.  Through my one on one time with Jesus, I have found peace among the chaos of life.  When we relax in His Presence, we will leave feeling a tremendous amount of peace.  The type of peace that God offers us is a peace that will surpass all understanding.

Carry The Peace Of God Through The Day

GOD, the Lord, is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, and makes me tread upon the heights.

In chapter 1 of my third book, Jesus speaks about carrying His Peace throughout the day.

Excerpt from Come To The Cross

Though My dear children may go through many trials and tribulations, I desire My dear children to come to Me.  When you come to Me and give Me praise and honor during times of trial, you will be strengthened.  During times of trouble, when you praise Me all things will be made new.  Stress and anxiety will melt away while in My Presence.  It is My desire that My dear children would carry the peace they feel while in My Presence with them throughout the day.

When we trust in the Lord with our whole heart while going through difficult times, He will bring us His peace and joy.  We will be strengthened by His great love and mercy.  Even during our struggles, we can always count on God to help us through.  Jesus is always there with open arms waiting for us to come to Him in our time of need.  Like a Loving Father, He will bring us great comfort.  He will never leave us or forsake us.

Following The Beatitudes And The Ten Commandments

Verse of the day - Matthew 5:8 (NRSV)

Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.

In chapter 5 of my second book, Jesus speaks to us about The Beatitudes.

Excerpt from Come Back To Me

Many are those who desire to be one with Me.  To be in total union with Me, following The Beatitudes is a must.  If  The Beatitudes and Ten Commandments are followed while on earth, Eternal Life will be granted unto you.  You will be born from death to life.  This means that when you die an earthly death, you will be born to a new life in Me.  You will be born to a life that never ends.  This is when My Glory will be seen face to face.  Much peace will be felt.  It will be a peace that never ends.  While on earth, peace will be given to you at times.  Earthly peace only lasts for a short time.  Eternal peace lasts forever.

Jesus gave us The Beatitudes and The Ten Commandments as guidelines to live by.  Through the guidance of Jesus, even though we may live on earth, if we follow in His Ways, at the end of our earthly life we will receive the gift of Eternal Life.  We will be born into a new life with Christ, and we will be living in the Heavenly Realms with Jesus our King.  We will be at peace, the type of peace that will never end.

Temptation Comes From The Devil

Blessed is anyone who endures temptation.  Such a one has stood the test and will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.

In chapter 9 of my first book, Jesus speaks to us about temptation.

Excerpt from Spirituality, A Journey For My Soul

Everyone will endure temptations during their lifetime.  When you encounter these temptations, bring them to Me.  If you lift up your temptations to Me, they will dissipate and will no longer have any control over you.  Remember that temptation comes from the devil and if you pray to Me when you encounter these, the devil loses and you win.  I defeated the devil in the desert by quoting scripture to him.  In the same way, if you are strong in your prayer life and come to Me in your needs, the devil will be defeated.  He will no longer have power over you.  He preys on the weak to make them give in to temptation easily.  When you are strong, he will not win as easily.  Being strong in your faith challenges the devil.  Be aware of all the ways he tries to trick you.

At some point in our lives, we all face some type of temptation.  By being strong in our faith, we will be able to overcome whatever it may be that we are being tempted to do.  When we feel ourselves being led into doing something that we know we should not do, if we stop and say a prayer to God, He will help us to know how to overcome the temptation.  By being strong in our faith, the devil will be defeated.
